Implementation of a Principal Model with Limited-Risk-Distributors and the required plants abroad set-up and flash title postings (July 2012 – now): 3 distribution centers, 19 EMEA sales organizations (plants)
Main tasks:
• Responsible of SCM Data migration concept (Material Master, Purchase Orders, Purchasing Info Records & Conditions, Source Lists, etc.)

Implementation of a cross-company Make-to-Order (MTO) process: configured sales order triggers stock transport order and configured production order; upon production order confirmation an event triggers the automatic and immediate transfer of the stock from the production to the delivering plant of the principal. A complex monitoring tool has been designed and implemented in order to monitor the different documents, quantities and dates as sales order changes have to be transferred into the production order if the production order has not been released, yet.
Implementation of a cross-company Make-to-Stock (MTS) process: Planned independent requirements in the stock keeping plant of the principal trigger stock transport orders and production orders in the production plant. Upon production order confirmation the stock is automatically transferred to the stock keeping plant. A monitoring tool has been implemented allowing to find, analyse and reprocess unsuccessful stock transfers.
