C/C++ Embedded Software Engineer - Long term project - St Gallen, Switzerland
[...] has a new vacancy at one of our clients located in St. Gallen, Switzerland where we are looking to hire a temporary external consultant as soon as possible.

Conditions:

* Start date: February / March 2023
* Contract End date: 12 months from start
* Extension: Following good performance extension is likely
* Hourly rate: Between CHF 80-100 / Around CHF 12,500 - 15,000 gross per month
* Location: Onsite in St Gallen around 75% and home office 25%

This appeals to you:

* You develop outstanding embedded software solutions using C++ on latest generation sensor products (embedded Linux, Windows)
* You take part in defining the software design, implementation and testing of software components for a distributed system until the product launch
* Integrate various sensors (angle/IMU/camera) and communication peripherals (I2C/USB/Bluetooth) with focus on performance, latency, stability and accuracy
* Development of embedded multi-threaded applications using modern C++ based on embedded Linux or Zephyr
* Ensure the product quality by writing software on high standards, following Clean-Code principles and automated tests

This is you:

* Senior Embedded Software Engineer (>4 years relevant experience)
* Modern C++ (C++11, 14). My client use up to C++20 so this is a nice to have!
* Experience in Agile environment
* English speaking
