For our client, a bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Front Transformation Specialist.
Tasks
• Creation of content for enhancement of existing and development of new Front Transformation elements related to Market & Client Coverage Model and Front Operating Model
• Close alignment with specialists and stakeholders across the organisation and build relationships across the various functions and geographies within the organisation
• Support the decision making process for the Executive Board and Group Risk Committee
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with front office, legal and/or change management responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and comfortable managing (top senior) stakeholders
• The ability to navigate complex organisations and to deal with ambiguity
• The ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
• Fluency in English
Soft Skills
• Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
• A structured workstyle, good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Customer-centric mindset with a can-do attitude and excellent team-working ability
