- Oversee the financial reporting process, maintaining accuracy and transparency in all financial matters.
- Manage and negotiate employer/freelancer contracts, ensuring compliance with NDA and payment terms.
- Provide tax ideation strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial efficiency.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 5+ years in financial management roles, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a finance team to achieve business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and strategies for reducing tax liabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to identify opportunities for financial optimization.
