Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate quality leads and maintain a steady flow of prospects.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel to ensure smooth progression of leads through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling and competitive quotes. 
- Create standardized and visually appealing presentation templates for the sales team to use. 
- Assist sales representatives in closing deals and provide guidance on negotiations. 
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge. 
- Analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Create templates and strategies to upsell additional products or services to existing clients. 
- Gather feedback from the sales team to improve marketing strategies and materials.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the sales team.
