• Supporting for Microsoft SCOM Administration, Customization and Configuration
• Understanding of MS Windows server administration (Windows Server 2016+ servers)
• Creation of SCOM dashboards.
• Administering the Management Packs, Rules, tasks, Monitors, User roles in SCOM console
• Configuring email notifications. Scheduling and creation of Reports
• Ensuring that the SQL DB maintain plan runs successfully & SCOM DBs backed up every day.
• Developing evergreen documents and providing training to the end users
• Keeping the SCOM environment in the healthy state
• Creating test cases for monitoring for the management pack rules/monitors and tested it in the test environment before moving the MP to production.
• Understanding Customers Requirements.
• Providing the Excellent Solutions for the Customers Queries
