For our client based in Berlin we are looking for a freelance Scrum Master Consumer Centricity (m/f/d).

The Scrum Master helps individuals to adopt the right mindset and behaviours, the teams to embrace continuous improvement and the organization to truly collaborate with the Agile teams:

* Soft skills over hard skills
* Facilitate over solving
* Adapt to the need over doing by the book
* Working team over working product

Integrate the Agile Chapter:

* Main mission: integrate two teams and enables their culture.
* Two days a month equivalent: support the Agile Chapter events (scrum events, agile clinic, strategy brainstorm, community of practice, offsites, etc.).
Punctually: help the coaches on workshop/training co-facilitation.

#Offer requirements

* Focused attitude
* Able to provide a positive and constructive feedback for improvement
* Plan Scrum activities without supervision
* Able to train Scrum, Kanban, agile and others techniques
* Mastery of several Agile project/product management approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to be flexibl depending on the team needs
* Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and related methods and tools (nice to have)
* Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks (nice to have)
* Any of those languages is a plus: German, French and Dutch.


Necessary competencies (must-have)

* Located in Berlin
* Same rate remote and onsite
* Fluent (B2) in English
* Proven work experience as Scrum Master

o at least 3 years
o at least has been part of 2-3 different teams as a Scrum Master
o in a different context than IT: plus
o for more than one company: big plus
