For our client based in Essen we are looking for a freelance AWS DevOps Engineer (m/f/d).

#Project:
The objective of this role is to actively participate in the rearchitecture and enhancement of the current application within a project team focused on optimizing the management. Leveraging your expertise, you will collaborate closely with team members to design and implement robust AWS solution aimed at improving efficiency, reliability and scalability of the existing system landscape.
The project harmonizes the system landscape for global renewable asset optimization and aims to provide a lean, robust and flexible state of the art solution to the business customer to fulfil the day to day processes within the asset management domain.

#Skills:

* AWS Services: Proficient in a wide range of AWS services including Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, StepFunctions, Athena, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Glue
* Security expertise: solid understanding of AWS security best practice incl. identity and access management, encryption, network, and compliance
* Infrastructure as code (IaC): Experienced in using tools like AWS CDK, terraform, and CloudFormation to provision and manage infrastructure resources
* Strong foundation in containerization and orchestration technologies Docker, Kubernetes. Demonstrated expertise in making decision between using AWS EKS and ECS based on best-fit analysis
* Experience with implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
* Expertise with conceptualizing and setting up monitoring & alerting for applications. Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues in containerized environments
* C# .NET core 6 & 8
* Fluent in English
