If you are a Service Cloud and Health Cloud expert and you also have Technical Architect experience then I have a great opportunity for you.

The role is completely remote - but we would require you to be based in Europe

Health Cloud and Service Cloud Expertise:


* Lead the implementation of Patient services solutions.
* Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of Health Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
* Utilize technical expertise to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Obtain and maintain relevant certifications, with a preference for Health Cloud and Service Cloud certifications.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
* Experience in implementing Patient service solutions, especially with Leap.
* Certification in Health Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
