In this exciting project, you will work on the Project management of the transformation from SAP WM to EWM.

MAIN TASKS

- Project management of the transformation from SAP WM to EWM.

-Collecting and defining the EWM requirement profiles of the local organizations and counselling regarding the integration of improvements to the warehouse structure

-Create process and training documents, as well as test cases for the future training of key users to ensure the functionality of EWM

-Ensuring for the achievement of sup-project targets to ensure a smooth an successful Go-Live of EWM in consultation with the EWM coordinator

-Maintain and analyze EWM data (Power BI, Excel) to derive and propose EWM-process optimization to distribution and plant supply warehouse – giving recommendations concerning change requests in consultation with internal stakeholders

-Consultancy regarding the establishing of Bosch logistic standards fit for local warehouse requirements in consultation with Global Process Owners to harmonize the process, method, and tool landscape

-EWM problem solving in order to initiate and implement measures to solve or improve EWM issues in consultation with the warehouse responsible, Local Process Owners, and IT stakeholders

SKILLS

-Completed degree in business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or comparable

-Good knowledge of SAP ERP, as well as S/4 HANA with 5+ years of preferred
Professional experience with SAP modules EWM and/or WM

-Firsthand experience with project management and warehouse operations: warehouse structure, inbound and outbound processes for distribution and plant supply warehouses

-Strong organisatzional skills

-Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills

-Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills

-Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and communicational skills

-Readiness to travel internationally (EU): up to 40%

-A fluent level of German is welcome
