Aufgaben:

·Stabilization of the clients MES Environment
·Backfill Business Partner Automation / Manufacturing / Engineering / Packaging
·on-call in duty (6:30 – 22:00 Mo – So; every 9 weeks, there are 9 other teammembers for that) as part of the Hypercare
·Supporting the Operational Technology Manufacturing IT components
oMES (Werum Pas-X) Support
oTroubleshooting
oManaging Communication in case of Incidents
oMonitoring the OT Production Environment
oBackfill: Weekly Alignment with Automation – supporting their needs improve their Business with Digital solutions
oBackfill: support the Manufacturing / Engineering with digital / Paperless strategies
oMaintain the compliance status of our Systems
oLeading troubleshooting calls in case a Global Service is affecting OT Manufacturing


Qualifikationen:

·Werum/Pas-X V 3.18 (3 Years System Administration experience or Pas-X System Admin certificate)
·Basic MS Domain Administration
·Troubleshooting Skills
·Basic MS SQL skills
·Basic Oracle skills
·Basic knowhow about Networking
·Solid knowhow about Automation Systems and interaction between OT/IT components
·Knowledge about working in a pharma (GMP Env.)
·Good communication skills in German + English


Working environment:
·1st Month (4 weeks) Onboarding onsite
·100% Remote possible
·being part of the Call in Duty (6:30 – 22:00 Mo – So) every 9 weeks
