Your role

Roles and responsibilities:
• Own and drive testing responsibilities for large /multiple of applications.
• working closely with Dev teams and help in delivering high quality solutions.
• driving & implementing good QA practices in the team to ensure highest quality of deliveries
• Build state of art automation framework.
• Managing and maintaining code repositories
• Maintaining Test servers and keep them in sync with latest versions.
• Preparing Test design documents
• Collaborating with Product Owner and business for timely delivery
• Participating in daily scrum and provide updates on work assigned.

Your team:
You will be working in the eDiscovery IT team as a QA Test Engineer based in Zurich. The team is responsible for eDiscovery technology deliverables.

Your expertise:
• An IT university degree with minimum 6 years of working experience in an IT and Quality assurance environment.
• Drives creativity by gathering new ideas and constantly challenging the team to think outside of the beaten tracks
• Ability to self-steer, work autonomously and take complete ownership of projects of varying length and complexity
• Self-manage the testing environments right from setting up the environment, deployment, and data setup.
• Deep understanding of Agile practices and Scrum methodology - Certification will be plus.
• Proficient with languages like core Java and python scripting
• Hands on experience in creating automation work in past.
• Hands on expertise in testing tools like Selenium and cucumber framework and worked with API of the integration tools.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Source Code management tools like github/gitlab
• Performance analysis and tuning across system boundaries (Jmeter , LoadRunner)
• Exposure to continuous integration pipeline tools like using Jenkins / Team city
