#Tasks

* · Transform the solution ideas into working prototypes
· Manage projects to ensure that milestones are met in a timely manner
· Manage internal business stakeholders and external service providers to ensure that milestones are met and value is delivered to the business.
· Work autonomously on technical projects on all sorts of digital technologies
· High quality documentation that can be used by Elia Group afterwards
· For each solution implemented, a technical analysis will be provided to assess if the solution is relevant or not
· Internally and externally communicate about the project success and insights

#Offer requirements/profile requirements

* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of various technologies including Computational Intelligence, Spatial imaging programs (drone/lidar), Robotics, IoT, Human-computer interfaces, Large Language Models, Satellite Connectivity, and Cyber Security. They should be able to screen these technologies and manage proof of concept projects effectively.
* Innovation Management: Experience in managing innovation projects, transforming solution ideas into working prototypes, and ensuring that project milestones are met in a timely manner.
* Staying Updated: Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and understanding the business's needs to develop innovative Proof of Concept projects that address specific business challenges.

* Min. 3 years of experience in project management
* English (C1), German is nice to have
* Excellent stakeholder management skills. They will be required to manage internal business stakeholder and external service providers, ensuring that milestones are met and value is delivered to the business.
