Archiviertes Projekt - Automotive Product Quality Engineer - Darmstadt Hybrid - 6Months

Responsible for all typical APQP deliverables between starting of the project and the SOP (PPAP).
▪ QEs are part of a New Product Development project core team evaluating together the customer requirements.
▪ Attending feasibility studies in Design Reviews within the concept -development- and industrialization phases.
▪ Advanced Quality Engineering (QE) is the main interface contact related to all Quality topics between the customer and TE during the New Product Development Lifecycle.
▪ Moderating, and guiding the Engineering team in the completion of FMEA by using Software “APIS”, Design-FMEA, and Process-FMEA according to VDA/AIAG standards.
▪ Support and advise Manufacturing Engineering with statistical data evaluation regarding Measurement System Analysis (MSA) with QDAS Software SOLARA.
▪ Support and advise Manufacturing Engineering with statistical data evaluation regarding Process Capabilities Cmk/Cpk with QDAS Software qs-STAT.
▪ QE engineers are creating prototype and pre-launch control plans including Safe Launch activities within the Project Team during the New Product Development Lifecycle.


Qualifications:

▪ Knowledge of APQP according to AIAG / VDA.
▪ Knowledge of PPAP / PPA according to AIAG / VDA.
▪ Knowledge in statistical analysis, MSA & Capability studies.
▪ Knowledge of FMEA methodology.
▪ Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949-2016.
▪ Basic Knowledge of VDA 6.3.
▪ English Language Proficiency (verbal / written).
▪ Basic Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.
▪ Familiar with different production processes (assembly, molding, etc.).
▪ Experience with APIS IQ-RM Pro tool for FMEAs.
▪ Six Sigma belt certification is a plus.
