Cherwell (Ivanti) Expert - part-time long-term

We’re looking for a Cherwell (Ivanti) Expert to support our construction industry client as they wind down their Cherwell (Ivanti) tool by 2026. They've faced challenges integrating processes due to a lack of internal development resources, relying on purchased solutions. With four developers still working on process implementation and an uncertain future, we need external expertise to ensure system stability and security, and potentially aid in transitioning to a successor product.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize process implementation.
- Provide ongoing Cherwell (Ivanti) system support, focusing on maintenance, bug fixing, and security.
- Evaluate transitioning to a successor product.
-Document system configurations and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven Cherwell (Ivanti) administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
