Archiviertes Projekt - Compliance Support

As part of a reorganisation of the Compliance department, we are looking for support for the day-to-day business. We are looking for a generalist with sufficient compliance experience, ideally in the industry, including with knowledge in AML matters.

Your tasks
- Creation and adaptation of policies and guidelines as part of the reorganisation
- Initiation of compliance training courses
- Supporting the whistleblower hotline: Evaluation and derivation of measures for including the initiation and coordination of internal investigations
- Collaboration and active communication with other functions, including at C-level
- Answering general compliance enquiries
- Setting up the AML process, daily support.

Your skills
- Several years of compliance experience
- Initiative and independence
- Fluency in English
