Design Phase
• Prepare and lead workshops to present the product’s functions and understand the customer needs
• Write design deliverables and design data retrievals and interfaces
• Participate in the modeling of customer needs
• Identify the variances and propose alternative solutions to the customer
Implementation / Integration phase
Project Management:
• Provide internal and customer reporting (including status updates and budget control)
• Organise and lead meetings with the customer, and act as a key point of contact
• Responsible for one or more aspect(s) of the project
• Take responsibility for the skill acquisition of Consultants and Associate Consultants
• Work independently on their parts of the project, communicating with the customer directly
• Organise the part of the project they are responsible for, and take responsibility for the associated deliverables
• Make standard deliverables related to the project available to the customer

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
• A positive attitude and 100% customer centric approach
• Prior experience in a client facing role delivering retail / supply chain software solutions
• Understanding and experience of the grocery retail and CPG sectors
• Consulting skills
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• A technically oriented mind
• Genuine desire and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in software engineering and other teams including colleagues based in other countries
• Enthusiasm for improvement and innovation
• Desire to always be learning
