Power Electronics Engineer - 6+ months, fully remote

I'm searching for a Power Electronics Automotive Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience for one of my large Automotive customers.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop advanced power electronics systems for electric vehicles, including inverters, converters, and motor drives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics solutions into vehicle platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct thorough analysis, simulation, and testing to validate designs and optimize efficiency, power density, and thermal management.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement and maintain our competitive edge.
Lead projects from concept to production, adhering to rigorous quality standards and meeting project timelines.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing power electronics systems for automotive applications, preferably in electric vehicles.
Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or similar.
Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, converter topologies, and control techniques.
