Are you ready to lead a dynamic team through the complexities of IT Carve-out projects as part of M&A deals? Our clients are seeking a talented individual to spearhead the transition of IT services while safeguarding the interests of both the selling and acquiring companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both the selling and acquiring companies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at a senior level.
Prepare and present regular project reports for CIO and CSIO.
Identify and highlight project risks, as well as report incurred costs.
Coordinate the transition of IT services ensuring minimal impact on the selling company.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

10-15 years of experience in project management, risk management, IT service management, and enterprise architecture management.
Proven track record in managing IT Carve-outs within M&A activities.
Deep understanding of all aspects of IT and ability to identify key elements of a Managed Service Provider Model.
Strong communication skills in English (fluently); German language skills optional but beneficial.
