Role:
The Infrastructure Product Line within the program provides infrastructure services through a hardware and software stack to support tenants and other product lines within the program. These services primarily encompass network, compute, and storage segments.

The organization of the Infrastructure Product Line is structured around the delivery process, including product management, architecture, product delivery, and product operations.

Infrastructure product delivery is divided into three teams: datacenter & network delivery, compute & storage delivery and – in the system stack on top of those - infrastructure IaaS (ICE = infrastructure core engine) delivery.

The ICE Delivery Lead oversees the ICE delivery team.
The ICE Delivery Lead is tasked with ensuring the delivery of products specified by product management and designed by the architecture team. This entails creating high-level and low-level designs, completing engineering tasks, and ensuring quality assurance.
The ICE Delivery Lead is also responsible for planning and monitoring all activities within the ICE delivery team.

Tasks:
• Ensure Timely Delivery: Oversee and manage the ICE delivery team to ensure timely delivery of products specified by product management and designed by the architecture team.
• Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the ICE delivery sub teams (ICE core and ICE provisioning), fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Must-have-Skills:
• Management skills: Proven experience in managing IT delivery teams with more than 30 people
• Delivery Experience: 5+ years experience in delivering infrastructure services (IaaS)
