Tasks:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities in field applications for fuel cell and electrolyzer technology within the testing & measurement equipment market
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the hydrogen/fuel cell testing market
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to company leadership for technology strategy development
- Collaborate with management to establish a growth organization and strategy for fuel cell and hydrogen testing equipment across the company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Management
- 6+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, and commercial roles within the testing and measurement market for fuel cell/hydrogen applications
- Industry expertise in hydrogen, industrial gases, renewable energy, fuel, or chemical processes
- Proven track record with large-scale industrial projects and equipment requirements
- Knowledge of clean energy market structures, policies, and regulations
- Passion for clean energy technology and renewable energy industry
- Extensive involvement in trade associations related to fuel cell and hydrogen industry
