Contract specialist/ Legal Conseil UK and/or US (M/F/D)

Tasks:
• Advice on legal content and language of contracts
• Optimisation of the company's own english legal templates
• Negotiating and drafting framework agreements
• Support for complex contract negotiations in English
• Collaboration on legal projects in the respective English speaking countries
• Creating guidelines and work instructions and implementing them within the project teams

Qualification:
• Qualified lawyer, with professional experience in contract departments
• Profound Work experience in drafting contracts, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Track Record of legal experience in an English-speaking country
• Ideally English Native Speaker
