Archiviertes Projekt - Remote: Product Manager (freelance) wanted

Hello dear freelancer,

I am currently looking for a freelance Product Manager (M/W/D) with an IT background to support the developer team 100% remotely for my long-term partner.

Here are the details:
- Start: asap / start in May 2024
- Duration: 3-6 months (+ option to extend)
- Location: remote
- Workload: full-time
- Role: Freelance Product Manager (M/W/D)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily scrum meetings and managing relationships with stakeholders
- Handling project management and creating a roadmap
- Documenting the features that have been refactored and serving as a supportive partner for developers
- create the product in the way "what are we building" and "how do we build it from the UI / how is the UX"

Requirements:
- Proficient in understanding and discussing complex technical debt in intricate infrastructure with significant dependencies on other systems, often lacking documentation (which would need to be provided by the Product Manager)
- Skilled at effectively conveying technical requirements (not business-related) between the Technical Director and the development team
- Strong in managing escalations and stakeholders in a technical environment
- Capable of independently establishing processes to ensure that refactored services are delivered to production without bugs, including documentation, test cases, alerts, and more
- Able to independently support the team by utilizing tools (such as Datadog, GitLab, Jira, and others)
- experienced in setups with complex products and with many stakeholders
