Your working area & responsibilities
• Designing multi-faceted customer applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer
Engagement (e.g. sales, marketing) and configuring these for our customers
• Contribute your expertise in all phases of a CRM project - from requirements analysis, creation of
user stories, solution design, prototyping, testing and rollout
• Advise customers on the design and optimization of their business processes relating to the
customer application
• Conducting workshops, training courses and presentations for our customers
• Work in small and medium-sized interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment

Your skillset
• At least 3 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement environment
• Sound knowledge in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Technical understanding of the mapping of CRM processes and DualWrite
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
