Tasks:

Provide expert guidance and consulting services to clients on Microsoft 365 (M365) suite of applications and services.
Assess client needs and recommend solutions leveraging M365 capabilities such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Power Platform.
Design and implement customized M365 solutions tailored to client requirements and business objectives.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users and administrators with M365 tools and best practices.
Assist clients with migration planning, deployment, and adoption of M365 services.


Profile:

Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 suite of applications and services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Power Platform, and security features.
Strong understanding of M365 architecture, licensing, and governance.
Experience in consulting or advisory roles, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus.
