Archiviertes Projekt - Project Manager for ERP integration project in Turkey (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with senior management and the project sponsor
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that covers all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, design, development, testing, deployment, and closure
• Coordinate and manage the activities of the project team, consisting of internal staff, external consultants, and vendors, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among them
• Manage the project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and escalate them as necessary to the appropriate level of management
• Track and report on the project progress, performance, quality, and benefits realization, using appropriate tools and metrics
• Ensure compliance with the organizational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as the contractual obligations and expectations of the external partners
• Facilitate the change management process and support the end-users in adopting the new system and processes
• Evaluate the project outcomes and lessons learned, and document and share the best practices and recommendations for future projects

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, information systems, or a related field
• Experience in managing complex projects, preferably ERP migration
• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and turkish 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty
• Proven leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and manage diverse and cross-functional teams
