Projektbeschreibung
Ihre Aufgaben:
• Provide executive assistance to the CEO, managing all aspects of agenda and administration
• Organize events, such as internal and external meetings, conferences, visits from guests, businessconferences etc.
• Invoice and purchasing management
• Organize legal contracts, liaising with legal department and assisting in signature process and archiving
• Administration of SharePoint platform
• Management of HR tasks, HR contracts, organize work permits, children allowance, onboarding of new hires and departure of peopleand liaise with payroll department
• Assist with travel planning and expense reimbursement, in line with company policies
• Provide admin support for other colleagues in the office, as required and organize shipments of R&D samples including preparation of custom documents
• Establish and maintain all office protocols, facilities management, and maintenance
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and refurbishments of office and kitchen equipment when necessary
• Place orders for certain kitchen and office supplies
Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Successful experience as an executive assistant or team assistant with multi-tasking abilities, ideally well-founded in similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Passionate about working with people and exceeding expectations
• Detail-oriented with strong problem
• Solving skills
• Fluent in English with excellent grammatical skills, fluency in German is required
• Team player
