Archiviertes Projekt - Data Governance Expert (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Develop and support the implementation of a data governance organization and corresponding processes e.g., for decision-making and data-issue escalation
• Develop concepts, definitions, operationalization and processes for data governance across the group
• Develop and scale end-to-end data governance for and across the main digital and data programs group-wide
• Co-manage constantly growing Data Governance bodies and coordinate dedicated task forces and working groups with business units
• Further develop the central Data Governance Framework, including definition, formalization and roll-out of roles and corresponding responsibilities
• Actively guide independent business units to build their own data governance organizations and roadmaps
• Consult regarding upskilling and knowledge sharing on data governance, management terms and concepts across the group
• Lead the definition, alignment, and operationalization of sub-strategies for the data management and governance function
• Collect industry-wide trends on how data is leveraged for competitive advantage 
• Contribute to the definition of the Digital, Data and Technology learning agendas

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Well-founded experience in Data Governance and Management functions
• Well-founded  working experience in international management of large-scale data enablement and transformation projects in a regulated and fast changing industry
• Excellent understanding of the data-management, -governance, -strategy and -architecture disciplines, as well as its combinations
• Proven track record in operationalization of data-driven or digital strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement and system design
• Good understanding of digital services and platforms and their impact on data opportunities and risks, as well as relevant trends
• Strong consulting, facilitation and communication skills in both business and technology, including the ability to simplify complex data concepts and distill them into core insights, ideas and recommendations towards management levels and across different cultures and countries
• Ability to understand and link legal obligations into organizational and technical implications and vice versa
• German and English fluent
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Economics, Digital Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, Governmental Regulations, Information Management or equivalent profession
