Archiviertes Projekt - Backend Golang Developer (m/w/d)

For our costumer in the energy sector, we are looking for a fulltime Backend Golang Developer (m/w/d).

The individual must be at a middle level in development with proven skills and experience with backend
development with Golang language.
- Demonstrated expertise in software development.
- 3+ years of general IT experience
- Hands-on general programming experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or similar (for operator development).
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in Golang
- Kubernetes skills
o Specifically: custom Helm charts
- Data Storage Technologies: RDBMS, NoSQL
- Infrastructure as Code
- Basic DevOps skills
- Proven hands-on software development experience
- On-premise deployments (not just in Cloud)
- Good knowledge of CI/CD
- Language skills: Proficiency in English

Preferred competencies / skills
General:
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in security and data protection
Technical skills:
- Kubernetes customer operators
- Familiarity with at least some of the (Big) Data technologies/frameworks:
o Workflow orchestration (AirFlow/Oozie etc.)
o Data integration/Ingestion (Flume etc) .
o Messaging/Data Streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ etc.)
o Data Processing (Spark, Flink etc.)
o RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySql etc.)
o NoSQL Storages (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j etc.)
o Timeseries (InfluxDB, OpenTSDB, TimescaleDB, Prometheus etc.)
And/Or with their Cloud provided counterparts, i.e., Cloud Data/Analytics services (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with reference Big Data architectures (Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse) and their
implementation.
- Deeper K8s skills and experience
o K8s operators’ development experience
o Hands-on experience with K8s operators for Big Data technologies)
- Cloud Data/Analytics services knowledge/experience (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Terraform
- GitOps approach
- ArgoCD / Flux
Language skills:
Proficiency in German
