Job Description
As part of the digital transformation and the strategic orientation as a data-driven company, the expansion and professionalization of the use of artificial intelligence (AI), whether classic or GenAI, is of central importance. The aim is to achieve a long-term, stable, and future-oriented implementation of AI methods in order to sustainably increase added value - in the optimization of customer understanding, customer approach, customer-related processes, support processes (including IT, project and portfolio management) and in everyday office life. The service provider(s) will work with the customer to design, develop and implement the AI transformation. The consulting services to be provided cover the following areas:

AI transformation:
- Carrying out an as-is analysis of the current status of AI applications and deriving measures for further development.
- Defining the strategy, mission and goals for the AI transformation and deriving measurable measures from this.
- Designing the organizational structure, including role definition, employee qualifications and adapting the corporate culture with a focus on data analytics (incl. data-supported customer interaction, CDP, data-driven marketing), AI (incl. GenAI).
- Support in implementing the AI strategy in the SHI context including process management, data landscape, infrastructure and tools (esp. cloud), as well as governance, regulation and legal framework.
- Implementation of use cases with a focus on data analytics (incl. data-driven customer interaction, CDP, data-driven marketing), AI (incl. GenAI).
Experience and qualifications of the companies:
Applicant companies should have the following qualifications and experience to successfully perform the above consulting and implementation services:

Required Experience:
- Several years of experience in the implementation of comparable consulting services with large health insurance companies (SHI), social insurance companies, health insurers or large healthcare companies.

Required roles:
- Strategy and innovation experts, infrastructure and tool experts, security and legal experts, management roles, extended workbench (e.g.: data scientist, data engineer, ML engineer, LLM developer), subject matter experts depending on the specialist sector, and others.
