The objective of the Customers Digital & Data team is to manage the massive flow of Customer, Market & System data and make it available internally and externally, through the use of dedicated processes, programmes and applications and the optimal use and development of data-related skills.
As a member of the Customers Digital & Data department, you will contribute to the recurring operational objectives related to the preparation and publication of data that the company makes available externally via various channels such as the ENTSO-E transparency platform, the company’s website, the Open Data portal, the IIP portal, but also via external reports for the regulator or other authorities. In carrying out these tasks, you will systematically integrate a continuous improvement approach to the quality of this data.

Job description/Tasks
You will carry out the following tasks, among others:
• Ensure the correct and complete execution of the market information processes in the event of publication problems;
• Document operational processes to meet the company’s obligations and support the autonomy and efficiency of the team;
• Contribute to the correct and complete execution of the publication and reporting processes, by :
o Checking data completeness and quality standards on a daily basis using the various monitoring tools;
o Carrying out preliminary analyses of the underlying causes of the problems detected;
o Carry out first-line actions to resolve potential data problems;
o Where necessary, republish data to improve its completeness or quality within the given deadlines;
o Support teams in analysing specific data quality problems or in implementing changes to processes, data content, etc;
• Contribute to the management of specific communication channels (functional mailbox, ticketing tools);
• Contributing to the documentation of problem analysis and resolution processes to support data quality improvement;
• Proactively identify and suggest points for improvement in quality controls / methods or processes / communication channels.
Profile requirements:
• You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field or business management.
• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, and are willing to learn the third language.
• You have good communication and writing skills.
• You have knowledge of MS Office and programming languages (macro VBA, Python) and are willing to improve your skills in this area.
• You are flexible and work independently.
• You have good people skills and enough empathy to develop positively as part of a team.
• You have a practical mind and an eye for detail.
• You enjoy working with data.
• You proactively look for ways to achieve your objectives more effectively.
• You are pragmatic and solutions-oriented.
