Your qualifications:

Many years of data management and data governance expertise
Management of data governance implementations and successful realisation of similar projects
Experience in the implementation of data governance in corporations with AG structure
Experience in the implementation of data governance with personal data (private customer data)
Stakeholder management at various levels (C-level to IT)
Strong communication skills, abstraction of complex issues


Your tasks:

Define and implement data strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the organization.
Ensure data governance policies comply with regulatory requirements (like GDPR, CCPA) and implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
Manage metadata to provide context and facilitate data discovery, understanding, and usage
Oversee the integration of data from various sources, ensuring compatibility and consistency.
