Profile:
• Creation of technical specifications for business user stories
• Management of assigned user stories for configuration
• Implementation of user reports
• Creating and updating system documentation
• Creation of fixes for reported bugs
• Advising the customer on solutions and possible workarounds
• Cost calculation for change requests
• Strict adherence to development guidelines
• Adherence to the SAP Activate methodology and the Scrum methodology
