Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionated Product Delivery Lead (f/m/d).
You will be responsible for leading Product Delivery Team (Platform level) which encompasses the definition, continuous improvement and operationalization of the Product Delivery processes across all stages from design, build, quality assurance & delivery for an iterative, incremental and automated delivery of the Platform to Product Operations.

By mastering especially:
- Quality Assurance
- (Multi) Release Management
- Dependency Management (for Product Delivery)
- Risk & Issue Management (For Product Delivery)
you will ensure a high quality, secure, automated delivery of the Platform to Product Operations.

You are familiar with product delivery methods & best practices in detail and the specific management of them.
Although you are very familiar with the above mentioned methods & best practices (theory) you do have an extensive experience (practice) how to adapt & customize methods to platform engineering and to the situation.

Within Product Delivery (Platform) and the defined processes & artifacts you will work with the delivery leads of each product line as they are responsible for delivery of the actual products for their product line whereas you ensure delivery per product line encompasses and forms delivery for platform, ultimately the delivery of the Platform (to Product Operations).

Targets:
- lead Product Delivery (Platform level) to deliver to Product Operations being
- Working very closely with Program Lead, Product Management lead (Program/Platform), Product Operations (Program / Platform) and Platform Architecture Management
- Working very closely with the product delivery leads of each product line
- Define, operationalize and continuously improve the product delivery processes (incl. automating the processes in appropriate tools)
- reporting in this role to the Program lead

Skills (must-have):
- A minimum of 15 years experience leading large scale, multi-team, multi-release product deliveries
- Very good knowledge & experience in in cloud technologies and cloud operating model as well as cloud-native PaaS Platforms
- Proficient knowledge (Methodology, Best Practices) and proven experience in Platform Engineering, Scrum, SAFe, Value Streams, Product Organizations and Platform Thinking
- Proficient knowledge and proven experience of Cloud and Cloud-Native technologies and operating models and how to apply them
- Proficient knowledge and proven experience of limitations of traditional IT Management (ITIL, Togaf, Enterprise Architecture, …) for Cloud and how to overcome them
- Fluent English in speech and writing (at least B2)

Skills (should-have):
- Relevant certifications in product and project management and in managing cloud and cloud native technologies
- Optional: Fluent German in speech and writing (at least B2)
