Project:
A Tier 1 Supplier for BMW is relocating a production line from their plant in China to their plant in Poland. For the coordination of the process and the support of their project managers a project coordinator is needed.

Ein Tier-1-Zulieferer für BMW verlagert eine Produktionslinie von seinem Werk in China zu seinem Werk in Polen. Für die Koordination des Prozesses und die Unterstützung der Projektmanager wird ein Projektkoordinator benötigt.

Conditions:
Duration: 6 months, extension possible
Location: Katowice and possibly BMW locations in Germany as well as travels to Asia
Work hours: 40h / week
Start: as soon as possible

Dauer: 6 Monate, Verlängerung möglich
Standort: Kattowitz und eventuell BMW-Standorte in Deutschland sowie Reisetätigkeiten nach Asien
Arbeitszeiten: 40h/Woche
Beginn: so bald wie möglich


Responsibilities:
• Supporting the relocation of a production line from China to the plant in Poland in the role of project coordinator
• Guiding and identifying the gap with BMW working package requirements
• Identifying possible barriers and escalating to the project management if necessary
• Preparing and providing input for the responsible project managers of the teams involved
• Monitoring of resources and costs as well as milestones management
• Taking on client communication as well as information flow between the international teams in Poland, China and Singapore

Aufgaben:
• Koordination der Verlagerung einer Produktionslinie von China in das Werk in Polen
• Begleitung und Identifizierung der bestehenden Lücken zu den Anforderungen des BMW Arbeitspakets
• Identifizierung möglicher Hindernisse und ggf. Eskalation an die Projektleitung
• Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Input für die verantwortlichen Projektleiter der beteiligten Teams
• Überwachung von Ressourcen und Kosten sowie Meilensteinmanagement
• Übernahme der Kundenkommunikation sowie des Informationsflusses zwischen den internationalen Teams in Polen, China und Singapur

Required Skills:
• Experience in project management
• Extensive experience with the BMW project business / environment and development process necessary
• English language skills, Polish is an advantage

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten:
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Umfassende Erfahrung mit dem BMW Projektgeschäft / Umfeld und Entwicklungsprozess notwendig
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse, Polnisch ist von Vorteil
