For our client we are seaching for an Apparel Designer - Jackets (m/f/d). The primary objective is to develop innovative and new designs for seasonal jackets that align with the creative direction provided.

Remote/Onsite: mainly Remote with on site meetings in the greater area of Erlangen

Tasks:
- Attend a comprehensive briefing session on Day 1, including seasonal product insights, consumer study findings, design direction, communicated stories, milestones, and deadlines.
- Conceptualize and create 15 jacket styles based on the seasonal briefing and brand identity, including detailed concept presentations, tech packs, and coloration processes.
- Present concepts using Adobe Illustrator, showcasing sketches, mood boards, color schemes, and consumer insights.
- Prepare technical design sketches and tech packs for 15 styles, ensuring alignment with the client's design standards and overall brand offer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to present and refine concepts.
- Select appropriate construction techniques, oversee production quality, and integrate supplier feedback into the design process.
- Deliver 15 production-ready tech pack files, including detailed sketches, material specifications, and color applications, aligned with the client's color palette and style guidelines.

Must-Haves:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and familiar with MIRO online presentations.
- Strong conceptualization skills with the ability to translate ideas into tangible designs.
- Experience in fashion design, particularly with jackets or outerwear.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and adherence to brand standards.
