For our customer from the industrial sector we are looking for an AI Software engineer with Embedded Skills for Acoustic Recognition
Hintergrund
Build status recognistion with a Microphone based on first functional Prototypes. An essential part is the work by an AI Software engineer - for recognition and processing the data
Aufgaben
• Consult a Team consisting of Embedded and Hardware developers to build a functional prototype to detect the status with acoustic sensors.
• Consult the Team to choose the appropriate sensors and sensor setup in our acoustics lab in Wuppertal
• Setup the data collection process
• Analyze the collected data and build suitable algorithms/(ML-) based models on the collected acoustic data, which can run on the existing uC (constraint Hardware in C++)
• Bring the developed algorithms to the existing uC with support from Embedded Engineers
• Documentation of the setup as well as the developed approaches
Qualifikationen
• Good Experience in Python and common Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.)
• Experience with common Data Analysis and Visualization tools
• Experience in embedded Software development desirable with a focus on algorithm development
• Experience with common development tools like VSCode, Gitlab/hub
• Nice-to-have: Experience with acoustic sensor data, experience with Databricks
