Description:

The Digital Enablement team is responsible for implementing and supporting all digital experiences in stores and offices across EMEA. These experiences encompass various digital solutions such as interactive applications, digital signage, mobile devices, and large-format screens, aiming to showcase products, brand, and provide access to online content and shopping experiences. As a Cooperate AV Engineer, you will play a vital role in consulting, developing, and implementing audiovisual systems, ensuring the overall health and functionality of our ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

* Provide engineering overview of AV installations and systems.
* Consult, develop, and implement audiovisual systems, collaborating closely with other technical capabilities such as Windows and Apple engineering.
* Offer L3 and L4 support to our corporate environment, ensuring the smooth functioning of AV systems.
* Protect, implement, and set standards for the corporate AV environment.
* Responsible for the overall health and maintenance of the AV ecosystem.
* Lead and deliver AV-related projects, including software configuration and implementation.
* Conduct AV research and development to explore new and potential products.
* Conduct software configuration and implementation.
* Delivery and sign-off of AV-related projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in media technology with 5 years of experience, or 5 years of experience in digital signage (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree.
* QSC training level 2 certification.
* QSC control 101 and 201 certification.
* Expertise in engineering digital signage solutions, including LED, large-format displays, projection, audio zoning, and programming.
* Strong working knowledge of AV supporting technologies such as touchscreens, video distribution systems, media players, and software.
* Proficiency in industry-standard processes for ticket management and service delivery (e.g., Service Now).
* Excellent communication, documentation, and listening skills, capable of advising internal stakeholders effectively.
* Research-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to understand and resolve various infrastructure issues.
* Experience with Windows and OSX as part of digital signage solutions.
* Competency in CAD software.
