For our customer we are currently looking for a motivated Country Manager (m/w/d).

Task

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Lead the market introduction and growth of the company‘s products.
• Build and maintain strategic business relationships across distribution channels.
• Recruit, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Represent the brand at industry events and conferences.
• Travel nationally and internationally to identify and seize growth opportunities.

Skills

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to lead, inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
• Technology savvy. Familiar with data analysis and decision-making tools
• Willing to travel and take advantage of all opportunities.
