Our client is building an internal cloud-native platform for product developers. We are looking for multiple specialists for this project.

Observability Egineer

The team is responsible for developing core services of a hybrid
cloud platform, such as a private cloud Kubernetes Service, a Resource Management Service, a service Lifecycle
Management Service, and an Identity and Access Management Service.

In addition, the team is developing an
observability platform to monitor these (and in future other) services. The observability platform is to be a
multi-tenant platform and designed with scalability in mind. We are looking for an experienced observability Engineer.

Targets:

- Contribute to the development of the observability stack
- Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy and maintain the observability stack on-premise
- Collaborate with DevOps teams using the platform to implement necessary functionality
- Maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for the usage of the platform
- Implement and maintain security best practices such as tenant-dependent RBAC for logs, metrics, and
traces

Requirements:

- Ability to design for scalability and optimize performance
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, adapting to agile and DevOps methodologies for
software development

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote. Up to 50% on location in Frankfurt or Berlin (approx. 4 days per month).
Duration: 3 months wih possible extension.
Fulltime.
English (C1) mandatory, German is a plus.
