Our client is building an internal cloud-native platform for product developers. We are looking for multiple specialists for this project.
The position of the Organization Architect – Procedural Organization is placed within the Organizational Development Team, which covers the procedural organization as well as the structural organization.
This position essentially focusses on the procedural organization.
One key output of the organizational development are the specific processes operationalizing the operating model. These processes are developed together with the relevant stakeholders in accordance with the
operating model and the process management framework.
They, partially, serve as input for the process implementation (e.g. workflows) which is also part of the Organizational Development Team.
Targets:
-Establish a common process management and process documentation framework
-Setup, document, improve and update the process handbook at all times
-Collaborate with all stakeholders to define and design the relevant processes
-Keep track, document, and report the actual status of any process
- Keep track, document, and handle any requirements towards the processes as part of the continuous
improvement process
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote. Up to 50% availability for on location in Frankfurt or Berlin (approx. 4 days per month).
Duration: 3 months wih possible extension.
Fulltime.
English (C1) mandatory, German is a plus.
