Senior Project Manager NPI - Semiconductor (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager NPI - Semiconductor (m/f/d) for an exciting project with one of our customers in the Netherlands.


Your tasks include:

+ Manage stakeholders, including external clients and suppliers

+ Ensure the timely availability and optimal allocation of resources

+ Develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress and milestones effectively

+ Supervise changes in project scope, schedule, and budget alongside a group of over 30 FTE

+ Evaluate project progress and communicate updates or escalate issues to management as required

+ Conduct risk assessments to identify and address potential project challenges

+ Maintain project documentation


+ Utilization 100% with 100% onsite

Anforderungen:

Musthave:

+ Degree in mechatronics or electronics


+ Very good knowledge of English, almost native speaker level

+ Outgoing, communicative and good with people


+ 8-10 years project management experience

+ Experience in new product development project management

with >30 FTE

+ Experience in manufacturing technology such as machining, sheet metal, assembly, testing & qualification

Nice to have:

+ Certified PMP, PRINCE2

+ Dutch language

+ German language
