Your experience / skills:
* Bachelor's Degree with substantial experience in the technical or IT industry
* A minimum of 2 years working experience in recruitment (sourcing and screening candidates, evaluating their qualifications, conducting phone/personal interviews) and/or administration (bookings, daries, data management, etc.)
* Know-how in refining and recognizing issues in processes and leading users to improvements
* In-depth experience in working independently on a number of projects simultaniously
* Excellent assessment and analysis skills
* Very good interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
* Collaborating with Technical Recruiters and providing support with administrative and recruiting tasks
* Assisting recruiters with interviews, external reference gathering, candidate follow-ups, internal system monitoring and maintenance, offer packet support, employee referral assistance etc.
* Managing processes and keeping them organized and efficient as well as maintaining customer service
