* University Degree in a relevant discipline
* 3+ years' experience of running a PMO function in large transformation projects
* Solid understanding of configuration management, change control and financial management in the banking area
* Proficiency in risk and issue management as well as programme management approaches and data analysis
* Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring and communication skills
* Languages: fluent English, both written and spoken
* Taking care of resource management and financial analysis along with monitoring of governance
* Managing quality assurance, compliance, risk functions, the reception of work and associated changes
* Facilitating the resolution of risks and issues associated with the programme
* Unifying budget, forecast data and investigate variances
* Assuring that coverage of work on the programme is complete
