* Know-how of Windows L1, L2 and L3
* Ability to work in a team with different tasks and strong focus on costumer
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Working experience in SharePoint is a big plus
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
* Coordinating internal organisation to ensure service standards and policies
* Being responsible as first point of contact for day to day business, escalation and customer management
* Reporting and monitoring document results
