* Education in the Administrative / Clerical field with 3+ years' experience as Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Assistant to a Department Head
* Background in project work, ideally in the healthcare industry and public relations
* Excellent communication, networking and organizational skills coupled with flexibility and cultural understanding
* Proficient user skills in relevant technologies, such as MS office and web content management
* Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
* Providing general administrative support to the team by supporting the budget process and expenses reporting as well as handling contracts, purchase orders, signatures and invoices
* Supporting GMS Leadership Executive Team members and their teams by coordinating them and the project stakeholders
* Assisting with the planning and organisation of business meetings, events and workshops
* Updating SharePoint support and intranet sites as well as preparing and maintaining presentation material on intranet
* Organising travel- and meeting arrangements including visa applications, room booking, travel planning, catering and reimbursement
