Projektbeschreibung

We are looking for a Product Engineer (m/w) for automation and data Analysis in Munich.

Data analysis of lots from transfer, production and process trials
Creation and verification of R-scripts and GUIs for automated analysis and assessment of data-characteristics
Regular analysis of correlations, parameter distributions, outliers, and test limits and automation of these tasks
Documentation of analysis results and assessment within a week of data availability
Review of results with PRE project lead
Creation of weekly overview report of ongoing and completed analyses
Summary of analysis results and documentation of assessments in final report
Weekly progress report

Proficient in R-scripting for statistical analysis and common methods of statistical data analysis for quality control
Experience with statistical tools (cornerstone) and high volume data bases
Knowledge in integrated circuits relevant for mixed signal (motor) µ-controllers such as SAR ADCss, amplifiers, references, comparators, LDO, power converters or stages
Understanding of sub-µm MOSFETs semiconductor physics with respect to device variations and degradation mechanisms
Experience ins productive test engineering or yield engineering
Strong programming skills, analytic work methodology and problem solving skills
Quick learner, and team player with capability to work effectively
