·In this project you act as servant leader and coach for an Agile Scrum team; help teams to self-organize and build a leanAgile mindset.
·Moreover you facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, team demos & retrospectives.
·You help the team to achieve their commitments through issue, risk and dependency management; escalate and resolve impediments.
·Moreover you support the Product Owner and coach the team to reach higher and sustainable levels of performance and maturity; validate quality of scrum team deliverables.
·You lead continuous improvement efforts, manage team performance (e.g. using burn down charts, velocity charts, team Kanban) and provide transparency to stakeholders.
·You support the Chief Scum Master in conducting Scrum of Scrums meetings and resolving conflicts and dependencies on program-level.
·Furthermore you improve the team dynamics, ensure efficient team collaboration.
·For this project you bring demonstrated expertise as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles and practices.
·You have a higher education in computer science / Business informatics.
·Moreover you have experience with leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
·You have a knowledge of JIRA or other common state-of-the-art agile collaboration tools.
·Advanced MS Office skills, especially Power Point, Excel and Word is provided for this position.
Nice to have:
·Strong expertise with regard to eChannels (e.g. eBanking, Mobile Banking, etc.)
·Deep knowledge and understanding of Private Banking.
·You are self-driven with independent working abilities.
·You are a teamplayer with hands-on mentality and comfortable with driving and managing change.
·You have strong communication skills (fluent in German and English).
·You are a motivated personality with a strong interest in digitization aspects and ability to work under pressure.
·You are experienced with leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
·You have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and knowledge transfer skills.
