IT Process Analyst - Service Management (5981)
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology / Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience within Process- and Service Management
• Strong in process thinking and experienced in gathering business requirements
• Sound knowledge and work experience in process, integration, product or account management, alternatively as Business Analyst with deeper IT knowledge
• Solution and service oriented personality
• Sharp analytical skills, systematic approach and pragmatic doer
• Experience in complex stakeholder Management
• Acting as a Team player and a hands-on attitude, with excellent communication skills and a customer savvy professional
• Readiness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
• Fluent in English, German would be an asset
• Closely engage with different divisions to formulate and clarify business requirements, identifying business demand for value-add IT capabilities
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, IT security and delivery units to ensure a sound high-level solution with associated IT effort estimation
• Manage feasibilities studies proof of concepts for projects in close cooperation with requesting divisions and delivery units
• Develop and maintain relationships with different divisions with focus on trust & collaboration, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges
• Proactively manage the current and future capabilities in the service domains under your responsibility
