We are searching for a sales leader who is responsible for EMEA (€ 40 million) and continues the started growth program. Our customer is an internationally operating company and supplier of industrial materials across all sectors. The mandate shall commence as soon as possible and will run approx. 6 months.

The challenge:
- Management of and responsibility for international sales in EMEA (€ 40 million), including 15 employees in Sales and Customer Service (Germany, Benelux, UK and Ireland)
- Responsible for shaping, directing and developing the sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and revenue growth
- Achievement of expected revenue targets by leveraging potentials of new fields of application and customer segments
- Increase of sales efficiency and customer satisfaction by continuing and further developing the recently optimised sales structures and processes
- Analysis and review of the newly launched strategies by self-defined and implemented KPIs and benchmarking
- Reporting to Head of EMEA

You offer:
- Degree in Materials Management (or Engineering), alternatively a Master in Business Administration in combination with a strong technical understanding
- Several years of professional experience in similar positions, ideally in international matrix organisations within the B2B sector (coating, glass / semiconductor suppliers, or advanced chemicals)
- Strong sales management and leadership experience, must have successfully built, managed, trained, mentored and supported a sales team in Europe
- Proven track record in implementing growth programs
- Motivating and appreciative management style
- Good instinct regarding the style of communication towards employees, sales partners and customers
- Great willingness to travel and fluent English skills
